Chef Richie brings a world of experience to India Bistro. Growing up in a seaside town in Goa, India, he has always been passionate about cooking. Now living in central Indiana with his wife and four kids, he combines his love for Indian and Korean flavors to create something truly special. With over a decade of cooking experience, Chef Richie aims to bring global flavors to your table, offering a delicious cultural experience without the need for a plane ticket.
